To order a real estate photography is easy and convenient. The online order form is the best way, just fill out your information including preferred time and date for the photo shoot and we will contact you in a few hours. If you prefer to call us and leave a voice mail we will get back to you later the same day.
Our response time from you have filled out the order form to the actually photo shoot varies from an hour to 48 hours but we strive after to schedule the next business day (Depending on our calendar).
When the listing is ready for the photo shoot (please look at Be prepared).
10 images will take about 30 minutes, 15 images about 40 minutes, 20 images about 50 minutes and 25 images will take about an hour.
A floor plan will take about an hour for 4500sqf.
Virtual staging will take 10 minutes per room.
360º panoramas will take about 30 minutes (5 different spots).
All the image packages are included an unbranded virtual tour. A virtual tour is a setup for just that listing. It contain a slideshow with all the images, it has a play button and a full screen button furthermore it has a map function. It will also contain floor plan, virtual staging or 360º panoramas if ordered.
Before noon the following day you will receive all the images, virtual tour and other products per email. The image resolution fit the MLS. If you need larger scale images we’ll provide that on request (no extra charge).
To obtain the consistency in quality and fast delivery we have a team in Asia that allows maximum efficiency and delivers timely results. All retouching, floor-plans, etc are maintained by our partners in Asia, allowing a 24-hour turnaround in our work.
