Preparing your home/listing for a perfect photo shoot.
Taking quality images of a listing is one the most important things in terms of selling a home. The images is being used for the Multiple Listing System and will be syndicated out to a great variety of national websites like, Zillow, Realtor, Trulia etc.

So with that in mind it’s time to get your house/listing ready for the photographer, for that we have some points and tips you show use as an owner or as a real estate agent at least tell your seller to do:
Outdoor:
• Clean driveway and walkways, sweep patios, decks, remove leaves etc.
• Remove your car.
• Remove all garbage.
• Do a little landscaping, fresh flowers, make sure beds are clean, no weeds etc.
• Garden hose, sprinklers, shovels, and what else typically is to find in a garden must be put away.
• Clean pool, shock it if necessary.
Indoor:
• Open window covers, make sure all views are represented, turn blinds into horizontal position.
• Turn off all fans.
• Turn off television and hide the remotes.
• Toiletries must be put away, close the lid.
• Put away clothing, make sure the bed look like a furniture commercial.
• Make sure to de-clutter all rooms, staging is about have few, but good looking furniture and functional.
• Counter tops in kitchen must be clean, hide soap and what else is used in the kitchen.
• Get all stickers and magnets of the fridge.
• Don’t show that you might have pets in the house.
• Make sure all light bulbs are working, if not, replace with new.
• Turn on all lamps and lights present in the house.
